“ This was our first time coming in here and we were clueless what to get. We were greeted with happy smiles and lots of help from the GM, Chantelle! She was so nice in helping us figure out what to try and get. She made sure we were well taken care of until the very end. My mom got the Bravocado Chicken Sand-which, dipped with Nashville hot sauce and she loved it! We also got the cheese fries and fried pickles that was also really yummy! They also have a buffet of sauces to choose from! But the star of the show is their custards! We ended up buying 4 pints to bring home! My mom really loved the pineapple whip. They also have a lot of different flavors to try! We will definitely be back to try other things off the menu and more custard but honestly…we loved the friendly staff and Chantelle, great customer service above all ”

“ Stopped by and got the wife dessert on our way home outta Fed Way. This was a new option for a treat, so I stopped and got her the Reese's Cup Blend. She said it was excellent! Fellas at the counter were very cool. Didn't really sit in and eat as I'm Celiac and this would murder me, but it sure smelled good. ”

“ First time here been wanting to try them out so decided to get Lunch here with my son, I'm so glad we stopped here the chicken sandwiches were delicious chicken was moist and the pickles omg I'm not a big fan of pickles but those dill pickles were delicious it was nice & crunchy & crisp!! They also give you a big helping of French fires nice & hot!! Friendly service definitely a must try!! ”

“ My my. We can't begin to tell you how excited we were about this place. We wanted a great alternative to CFL and RR, where we can get great quality sandwiches. This place delivered all that and the fact that we can get great frozen custard is a bonus. The service was great. Knowing that the concept is new, the staff took time to explain. Which caused a bit of a backup at the ordering counter. They have plenty of selections, fountain drink ms and sauces to choose from. Seating is limited, so plan accordingly. The chicken we had was well cooked, crunchy breading but juicy and tender meat. Buns were super soft but held together well, even with the sauce. Fries were crispy, but we would rater it had less salt. Quite salty. We'll be back for more. ”

“ This was so good, I had to come back the next day! Super crispy chicken, fresh fries and a bunch of sauces for flavor. I got the cordon bleu sandwich and the loaded fries with rosemary pepper. Made fresh, everything came out quickly and hot! Now I need to figure out what kind of frozen custard to take with me. ”

“ This place is great. The Delux chicken sandwich was awesome, the Crispy Avo salad was great (added grilled chicken), and the kids loved their chicken tenders. We got the hand cut fries and the loaded fries. The custard was delicious! The kids got the cold fusions, but started eating them faster than I could take a photo. I hope they open one up in Seattle soon because I already can’t wait to come back. The employees were all so friendly too. Every one of them! They were all so helpful and nice! Amazing service for a walk up and order at the counter fee place. 10/10 recommend! ”

“ Pleasantly surprised. Nice place, good service, decent speed to get out order, and the chicken strips were the star for me with all the sauces - which were pretty good. They were huge! Wife loved the pickle chips. Why 4 stars? Fries were pretty meh... How do you get fries that didn't seem cooked enough when you cook then to order? Oh, and the ice tea was sweet, which I like, but hardly any tea taste, just sweet. Would go again - would ask for crispy fries though. Kudos for a clean bathroom. ”

“ I found this chain when I was in Huntsville Alabama! Had the avocado salad with parm cheese crispy chicken on top. Omg that was delicious couldn’t get enough. Then one day driving through federal way I saw a super chix! I was so excited. So much better than chick-fil-a hands down. The only sad part is when I came to eat here and as well as the Lacey location the one thing I was disappointed is the avocados they have them halves and in Huntsville they come as a whole. All I can say is do better Washington! ”
